ABOUT ME

Up to 2004BK (before kids), I had a busy corporate life in television, but now I’m an even busier mum of three and a business owner, so I fully understand how life can be a juggle!

My Background

After 15 years working as a television producer, I had my first two babies just 14 months apart and realised that a TV career and babies were like oil and water.

Yoga had been an anchoring lifeline for me during my years in television.

So, in 2007 I completed my foundation 500hr training with some of Sydney’s most respected teachers and I’ve been doing more trainings, researching and learning ever since. I’ve been lucky enough to study with the likes of Donna Farhi and Judith Lasater, Jambo Turong (Forrest Yoga guardian), Burrell Education (global leaders in Women’s Health training) and the women’s empowerment movement, One Of Many.

In 2012 I joined the inaugral pre & post natal diploma cohort with the International Yoga Teachers Association and my real passion for women’s health was ignited.

I wanted to share the benefits of this ancient science with other busy women in a relevant way, so as a specialist women’s health Yoga teacher, I created YogaMums.net in 2013 when we moved to England.

As my own journey progressed into peri menopause, I amalgamated into Linda Stephens Wellbeing in 2018 and in 2021 I launched the online ‘one stop wellbeing shop’ yoga and health hub for midlife women, www.WomensWellbeing.me

I also undertook women’s life coaching and empowerment training so I could help my students in a more holistic way.

These days I love teaching, retreat leading, speaking and coaching women to work optimally with their bodies, calming hormone disruption symptoms and ensuring great pelvic floor function.

If you’re keen to get going, but not sure where to start, why not download my FREE www.TheBathroomBootcamp.com:  5 simple posture and pelvic floor exercises that you can tack onto a loo break. Incremental exercise is a secret weapon!

Wether it’s weekly yoga and exercise therapy classes designed for midlife women, 1:1 wellbeing coaching and training, online courses or a corporate speaking engagement you’d like help with, please do get in touch.  I’d love to be part of your wellbeing journey.
